The Clinical Data Management System (CDMS) is a unified data platform that manages all of your study-related data. The CDMS consists of two modules:
Electronic Data Capture
Your access to these modules is controlled by your system administrator.
Setting up your profile
You must be invited by your system administrator before you can sign in to your account. Once you are invited you will receive an email that contains a link to complete your user profile.
Clicking the link will bring you to a page that will allow you to confirm your email address and create a password.
When choosing a password, it must be at least 8 characters with a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. The password strength meter will let you know if you have entered a weak password. Ideally you should choose a password that is memorable for you, but also considered strong.
The email address from which you received the invitation and the password you selected will be your user credentials to the system.
Once you complete your user profile you will automatically be signed in to the CDMS.
You can sign in to the CDMS using the URL provided by your system administrator. To sign in enter your email address and the password you created while setting up your user profile.
Resetting your password
If you forgot the password to your Clinical Data Management System account, you can reset the password from the sign in page using your email address. On the sign in page, click the "forgot your password?" link.
You will now be asked to enter the email address associated with your account. After clicking on the "Reset Password" button, the you will receive instructions for resetting the password for the provided email address.
